‘Road
Trip USA’
is back again this year, with 12 new US
states you can explore! Each week you will virtually
‘travel’
to exciting destinations
across the United States, and explore their landmarks,
cultures, festivals, natural habitats and more!
The
race is on to see which team ‘visits’ the most national
landmarks!
The adventure begins with help from Which Way
USA Highlights state workbooks, as your ‘tour guides’ take
your team to the first tourist
attraction. You’re en
route now, and you get yourself in the spirit by learning
about the States, their food, their special facts, and maybe
some
local music
and even
trying to
cook
a specialty
dish! Next stop, the flea
market! You gather and
trade souvenirs
from your
trip. But wait! The fun will not end here, because you will
make your own postcards, state license
plates, model landmarks, and local crafts
to send to
your family back home, and end your state vacation with a
State Theme Party!
Every week
you will go for
2-3 field trips:
to water
parks, bowling alleys, ice-skating, roller-skating,
miniature golf, rock climbing studios, museums,
planetariums, movies, and many more.
While at the
center, you will enjoy
crazy science, talent contests, cooking,
pottery, arts and crafts, obstacle races, treasure hunts,
water slides, video games,
and a host
of other fun activities. The
Cotillion
Club
will reinforce manners and social graces,
while the active
Sports Club
will
encourage skills related to
different sports through group games & practice drills.
Dance
Parties, Slumber Parties, Pool Parties &
Magic Shows
are just
some of the fun activities planned.
The
fun state workbook, Which Way USA,
will teach
you state facts using word games,
mystery clues, number puzzles, and reinforce concepts
learned in the school year, while at the same time keeping
the focus on fun and entertainment.
Experienced
and friendly ‘tour guides’ supervise all activities and
trips, and specialized theme instructors add the expertise
and wonder to all on-site events.
Parents,
give your child an experience to remember! The
ultimate summer destination,
‘Camp
Willow Bend’
offers a
world of fun for K-6th graders. Awesome on-site fun,
exciting field trips and cool friends make ‘Camp Willow
Bend’ the hottest spot in town this summer - a hangout
where your summer camper will have a blast,
and will want to come back year after year.
