A one time non-refundable registration fee of $90.00 will reserve a spot for your child.  Upon admission parents will need to pay a  security deposit equal to two weeks tuition, which will be applied towards the last two weeks of care.  The security deposit may be paid in two installments.  Tuition may be paid bi-weekly or monthly.  Bi-weekly tuition is due every other Friday, prior to the next two weeks of care, the monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month, unless another payment arrangement has been made.  Payment is accepted by cash, check or credit card.   Payments are expected on time, and there is a $10.00  late payment charge for bi-weekly payments and a $20.00 late payment charge for monthly payments.

Ages are approximate. Tuition is based on the class your child is in.

 

Curriculum Fee:  A $50.00 fee will be charged to you account in January and September for children that are 18 months and older.

 

Sibling Discount:  A 5% discount on the lowest tuition will apply for two children enrolled, and a 5% discount on the lowest two tuitions will apply for more than two children enrolled.  Sibling Discount does not apply to summer camp.

 

Late Pickup Fee:  Late pickup charges apply to full time as well as part time children and will be assessed at $1.00 for every minute after 6:30pm.

 

Late Payment: Your account needs to be paid in full at all times.  Parents with a past due balance may not be allowed to bring their child to the center until the balance is paid in full.  If the child is left at the center, the parent will be called to come and pay immediately, or pick up their child.

 

Returned checks:  Per your payment history, and at management discretion, if you have written a bad check once, you will be required to pay by cash or money order only.

 

Drop-in Care:  For siblings, visitors, and other family members, we offer drop in care based on availability, and during the hours of operation the charges for drop-in care  are $10.00 per hour with a two hour minimum. Children who are enrolled part time may pick up an extra day based on availability; however, they cannot switch days.  There is a daily charge for extra days in addition to the regular  tuition.  Daily charges apply even if the child did not attend on his regularly scheduled day.

Termination Notice:   A two week notice (commencing on Monday) is required before termination of care.  In the event the notice is not given, a two week tuition fee will be applied to your account.  Unpaid accounts will be turned over to a collection agency.
